- 100% refund on flags and banners, house flagpoles, pole parts, and gift items returned, in same condition, excluding shipping. If proof of purchase unavailable, lowest sale price refunded.
- 20% Restocking Fee on all Masonry Supplies, Landscape Supplies, Stoves and supplies, Chimney Supplies, Wire and steel. If proof of purchase unavailable, 20% off of lowest sale price refunded. Restocking fee NOT applied to job over-runs 10% or less.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on: Artificial stone, Bluestone, Granite, Crab Orchard, Limestone, ANY steps or treads, or ANY custom stone or orders.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on: Boston City Hall Pavers or any tumbled pavers.
- Quotes are good for 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
- All custom orders and non-stock items must be paid for in full before order will be placed. Custom orders may be cancelled up to the time of production, refund in full. Some non-stock items may not be cancellable. Check with salesperson at time of order for details.
